Y9 Chemistry Challenge

Inviting students from Sheffield & District local schools to compete in a day of competition.   The first stage includes an activity pack to be used in schools as a resource for teachers to select their students.  There can be a maximum of four students in a team and schools may bring two teams. The day will start at 10am and will involve a quiz, a lab based task and some talks from chemists.  This will be held at Sheffield Hallam University with a chance to experience the STEM laboratory.

As in 2026 there will be no further event with central RSC.
