The Royal Society of Chemistry's team of qualified career and professional development advisers are available for free one-to-one, confidential consultations on any aspect of your career.One-to-onecareerconsultations are available to members remotelyand wesometimes runface-to-face consultations at selected events.

On 28 May,we are offering career consultations. What topics do career consultations cover? Career consultations with our career and professional development advisers are 45 minutes long, tailored to your career stage and could include:

guidance on how to manage your career and a review of your career so far

help planning your next steps amidst uncertainty

advice and support if you're facing redundancy, are unemployed or preparing for retirement

advice on making a career change or taking a break

strategies for job searching, including CV writing and interview techniques

suggestions for networking, including maximising your LinkedIn profile and membership

how to effectively use Professional Development tools
