Advances in Chemical Engineering & Science

Advances in Chemical Engineering and Science (ACES 2026) is a two-day national conference organized by the Department of Chemical Engineering, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Bhopal (IISER Bhopal), under the theme “Advanced Materials for Clean Energy & Energy Storage.” The conference brings together researchers, academicians, scientists, industry professionals, and students to exchange ideas, present emerging research, and explore new directions in chemical engineering, materials science, energy, and sustainability.

ACES 2026 will highlight recent advances in batteries and energy storage, supercapacitors, hydrogen and fuel cells, clean and sustainable energy, solar and photovoltaics, thermoelectric and piezoelectric materials, catalysis and electrocatalysis, and computational and AI-driven materials design. Through plenary and keynote lectures, technical sessions, oral and poster presentations, and Three-Minute Thesis (3MT) sessions, the conference will provide opportunities for knowledge exchange, interdisciplinary interaction, and meaningful research collaborations.

The event welcomes faculty, researchers, scientists, students, industry and R&D professionals, technology developers, entrepreneurs, and scientists from national laboratories, offering a platform to showcase research, engage with experts, and build connections across academia and industry.
